Karina Mendoza, MS.

Associate Program Supervisor

Karina received her B.A. degree from California State University, Northridge in 2018. Shortly after, she began working with ABI as a Skills Trainer. After about a year, Karina was promoted to a Lead Skills Trainer/RBT. where she enjoyed training and teaching new Skills Trainers. As her career progressed with ABI, she noticed the difference she was making in the lives of the families and the clients whom she serves and fell in love with the field. Karina pursued her M.A. degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at Endicott College and now uses her knowledge, skills and ongoing training to develop individualized treatment plans for her clients. She describes the best part of her job as watching the clients she serves complete skills independently.

Karina currently lives in and serves clients in the San Fernando Valley.
