Associate Program Supervisor

Alexa received her Bachelors in Child Development from California State University of, Northridge and her Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Endicott College. Alexa has boundless experience working with children, and began working at Autism Behavior Intervention as a skills trainer in 2021, then soon after received her RBT certification and stepped into the role of a lead skills trainer. As she moved forward in her career with ABI, she began to see the meaningful impact she was having on the lives of the clients and families she served, which deepened her passion for the field. In her role as an Associate Program Supervisor, Alexa conducts functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention and skills acquisition plans, and provides staff training.
