What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived.  It is what difference we have made to the lives of others that will determine the significance of the life we lead. ~ Nelson Mandela

You CAN make a difference!

Join Autism Behavior Intervention (ABI) today and become part of a growing team of outstanding professionals dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of children with autism.

Nothing compares to making a difference in the life of a child; whether it’s helping a child say their first words, accomplish a task they’ve been struggling with, or learn to make friends.  At Autism Behavior Intervention (ABI), we provide state-of-the art therapeutic programs to children across the autism spectrum to help each child learn to communicate, play, and build meaningful social relationships.

We currently have opportunities available for bachelor’s level skills trainers and master’s level program supervisors to serve children living locally in the greater Los Angeles area.

Skills Trainers

Our outstanding team of committed skills trainers provides one-on-one ABA-based treatment to young children with autism in our clients’ homes, schools, and ABI’s center. With the guidance and ongoing training of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), our skills trainers follow structured teaching plans to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

Program Supervisor

Program Supervisors at Autism Behavior Intervention design and supervise programs for children with autism, typically ages 2-10, in their home, schools, and at ABI’s center.  Primary duties include conducting functional behavior assessments, designing and modifying client treatment plans, conducting staff and parent training, leading team meetings, and writing reports.

Employee Benefits

Our employees are the most valuable part of our organization.  But we know that your life isn’t just about work.  Autism Behavior Intervention offers benefits that help you live your best life, as well as to grow personally and professionally.
